    • Make beds with clean, host-provided linens

    • Dust furniture and reachable surfaces
    • Vacuum floors and accessible areas under beds
    • Dust and clean inside and outside of dressers and nightstands
    • Clean and tidy closets
    • Empty and clean laundry baskets
    • Disinfect high-touch items (light switches, TV remotes, door handles)
    • Inspect bedding for stains or damage and report issues to the host

    Bathrooms

    • Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, and shower/tub
    • Wipe mirrors and fixtures
    • Clean bathroom countertops
    • Replace used towels
    • Wipe down trash cans and replace liners
    • Restock bathroom amenities (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) provided by host
    • Arrange bathroom items neatly (hairdryer, soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, toilet paper)
    • Sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors
    • Check drawers and cabinets for guest personal items and notify host if found
    • Inspect for wear-and-tear, mold, or damage

    Kitchen

    • Wipe fridge shelves if needed

    • Wipe countertops and backsplash
    • Wipe appliance exteriors (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher)
    • Wipe interiors of small appliances (microwave)
    • Load or unload dishwasher if needed
    • Empty garbage, recycling, compost and replace trash bag

    Linens

    Linens are refreshed to your standards with a clear separation of used and clean sets.

    • Replace used linens with clean linens provided by the host
    • Place used linens in designated laundry area
    • Laundry service is not included unless arranged separately

    Final walk-through checklist

    Before we leave, we complete a top-to-bottom inspection to confirm the suite is guest-ready and secure.

    Conduct a full visual inspection to ensure the space is clean, neat, and guest-ready

    Check all hard surfaces (floors, counters, furniture) for lint, hair, dust, or streaks

    Ensure curtains, drapes, and blinds are clean, properly aligned, and neatly arranged

    Confirm towels, linens, blankets, pillows, bath mats, and rugs are clean, folded, and correctly placed

    Verify beds are neatly made and styled according to Airbnb standards

    Ensure all mirrors, glass, and stainless-steel surfaces are spotless and streak-free

    Confirm trash and recycling have been removed and sorted according to local guidelines

    Check kitchen

    • Appliances are clean and empty
    • Sink and drain are clean and odor-free
    • Dishes are put away properly

    Check bathroom(s)

    • Toilets flushed and spotless
    • Shower/tub clean with no hair or residue
    • Amenities restocked (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, if applicable)

    Ensure all lights, fans, and small appliances are turned off

    Confirm windows and balcony doors are closed and secured

    Collect and properly store all cleaning products, equipment, linens, and supplies

    Place business card / cleaning welcome bundle as instructed

    Perform a final odor check (no cleaning smells, food odors, or mustiness)

    Lock all exterior doors, back doors, windows, and lockboxes (if applicable)

    Return keys to designated location (if applicable)
